Paul-Marcel Bellavance

The Honorable Paul-Marcel Bellavance, a retired judge of the Superior Court of Quebec who served for nearly 29 years in Sherbrooke and Granby, joined Cain Lamarre, bringing with him recognized expertise, particularly in tort law and alternative dispute resolution, having presided over numerous settlement conferences.

Prior to his appointment as a judge, the Honorable Paul-Marcel Bellavance practiced law in Sherbrooke and also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Sherbrooke’s law school, where he taught insurance law. He is joining the firm’s Sherbrooke office.
