Philippe Mercier-Ross focuses his practice on civil and commercial litigation, dispute resolution, and insurance law. With several years of international experience, he has developed specialized expertise in risk management, disciplinary proceedings, and regulatory framework drafting.

Before joining Cain Lamarre, Philippe worked in the litigation department of a leading international sports federation based in Switzerland. There, he contributed to the development and implementation of disciplinary and regulatory frameworks, as well as the handling of complex disciplinary cases.

Mr. Mercier-Ross combines legal rigour with a global vision to offer concrete solutions tailored to his clients’ needs. His approach is pragmatic, results-oriented, and based on a thorough understanding of the issues specific to each case.

A cycling enthusiast with a deep attachment to the Eastern Townships, Philippe is actively involved in his community through various regional sporting events.
