Pierre-Olivier Bouvier-Leblanc has a Bachelor of Laws degree from Université Laval. After articling at Cain Lamarre’s Quebec City office, he joined the Montreal team in 2019, the same year he was admitted to the Quebec Bar.
Mr. Bouvier-Leblanc practises in both civil and commercial litigation, and has developed expertise in the areas of contract disputes, commercial lease disputes and debt collection. He is well known for his calm demeanour and exceptional listening skills, which help him gain a complete understanding of his clients’ issues and offer them strategic solutions geared toward achieving their goals. Mr. Bouvier-Leblanc favours a pragmatic approach. He doesn’t hesitate to suggest negotiations when appropriate, but is also prepared to vigorously defend his clients’ interests before the relevant authorities as needed.
