Roger Dion has more than 25 years of experience in information technology (IT), digital transformation, and IT governance to the table. Across all of Cain Lamarre’s offices, he oversees the firm’s digital strategy while ensuring the performance and security of its technological infrastructure.
Recognized for his strategic vision and motivational leadership, Mr. Dion has led teams of over 200 people and managed budgets exceeding $70 million. Over the course of his carreer, he implemented comprehensive technology recovery plans that transformed IT divisions, strengthened cybersecurity, and significantly improved user services.
Throughout his career, he has held executive positions and founded his own consulting firm. In every role, he has built strong, collaborative teams capable of delivering complex projects and generating measurable results.
