Stéphane Reynolds, lawyer emeritus, joined the Cain Lamarre office in Sherbrooke in 2019. His practice focuses mainly on construction and municipal law, but also includes commercial law and civil litigation. His clients are primarily municipal organizations and construction companies. Over the years, he has developed expertise in evidence and civil procedure, calls for tender and construction contract management, as well as municipal law.
Mr. Reynolds has acquired extensive experience as a lawyer and instructor. He is a lecturer at the Université de Sherbrooke, where he has taught for many years. In addition to teaching, he acts as a trainer for various courts, the Quebec Bar and regional law societies, as well as for municipal associations and businesses, with which he shares his expertise, particularly in municipal matters, the management of calls for tender and construction contracts, and civil evidence and procedure. Mr. Reynolds has authored numerous publications and is recognized for his significant contributions to the continuing education of his clients and other lawyers alike.
Mr. Reynolds holds an MBA from the Université de Sherbrooke and a law degree from the same institution. His academic and professional background makes him qualified to offer strategic legal advice tailored to his clients’ needs. Outside his practice, he is actively involved in his community, sitting on the boards of several community organizations and associations.
