Since being admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2018, Valéry Gauthier has been providing day-to-day support to clients in the industrial, commercial, municipal and real estate sectors. Ms. Gauthier works on municipal, provincial and federal projects, involving the analysis of municipal jurisdiction and environmental compliance.
Ms. Gauthier stands out for her involvement in complex, large-scale cases including projects that combine municipal and environmental law. She advises companies at various levels, helping them to significantly reduce their legal risks. Her expert knowledge and rigorous approach help her to provide her clients with innovative, effective solutions, thus reinforcing her reputation in these sectors.
Ms. Gauthier has a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Graduate Diploma in Notarial Law from the Université de Sherbrooke. She also shares her expertise with the community by teaching courses on Environmental and Municipal Law. She participates in various municipal conferences and is a firm believer in the importance of education, health and the environment. She is also a member of the board of directors of the Association des diplômées et diplômés en droit de l’Université de Sherbrooke (ADDUS). Ms. Gauthier is passionate about local products and everything Quebec has to offer, and travels extensively throughout the province, discovering high-quality restaurants along the way.
