Driven by her determination, Ms. Zoya Zavgorodnyaya chose to join the private practice at Cain Lamarre in 2026 to challenge herself by taking on the various opportunities in labor and employment law.
Eager to learn, she began her career in the legal field as a student in an administrative role, which allowed her to discover the inner workings of a law firm, client relations, and the realities of the field. Her early career as an attorney was shaped by numerous litigation experiences, particularly in cases before the Administrative Labor Tribunal (TAT) and the Commission on Labor Standards, Equity, Health, and Safety (CNESST). She is known for her sharp mind, perseverance, and exceptional ability to manage cases.
