Our firm is recognized for its cutting-edge expertise in administrative investigations, particularly in the management of workplace harassment and sexual violence, whether in academic or work environments. Our investigators, who are accredited by the Barreau du Québec, also offer training to managers who are called upon to handle these types of sensitive cases.
We conduct administrative investigations carried out by professionals acting as neutral and impartial third parties.
These investigations focus on sexual violence, psychological harassment, discrimination, incivility, conflicts of interest, and abuse of power. They are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, including:
- The Act respecting labours standards;
- The Charter of Human Rights and Freedoms;
- The Act to prevent and combat sexual violence in higher education institutions.
We also offer support for the review [CZ3.1] of internal policies and procedures concerning harassment, discrimination, and sexual violence, as well as for the implementation or updating of existing mechanisms.
Our support service also assists internal investigation teams by answering their specific questions and accompanying them throughout the investigation process.
On-demand training is available, ranging from the basics of psychological harassment to the management of specific cases.
Finally, we offer strategic advice on crisis prevention and management to help organizations navigate complex and sensitive situations effectively.
