Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, Cain Lamarre is seeking a Director of Communications and Marketing to continue its growth, help shape the future of communications, and propel the organization to the forefront.
PROFILE

KEY RESPONSABILITIES
Management and Leadership
- Work closely with senior management to design and deliver influential communications that drive engagement and support change management across all levels of the firm
- Present impactful initiatives to the Board of Directors and stakeholders, showcasing the firm’s vision and achievements
- Inspire, mentor, and develop a team of communications and marketing professionals, fostering an environment that encourages innovation and growth
- Manage the department’s budget with rigor and creativity, optimizing resources for high-value projects
- Play a key role in the firm’s development projects by leading the design and dissemination of strategic communications
- Support team engagement and mobilization across all the firm’s offices
Internal Communications
- Assess and anticipate internal communication needs, proposing innovative solutions to strengthen cohesion and corporate culture
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that promote transparency, collaboration, and alignment with the firm’s values
- Work in synergy with other departments to promote internal initiatives and celebrate collective successes
- Simplify strategic projects and ensure their adoption by staff through clear, engaging, and tailored communications
- Actively participate in planning and facilitating internal meetings to encourage idea sharing and team engagement
Marketing Communications
- Promote the firm’s brand image and ensure its strong positioning in the market
- Define, implement, and manage marketing communication tools and channels, ensuring consistency and continuous optimization
- Design, execute, and evaluate digital and social media strategies to enhance the firm’s reputation and expertise
- Develop a strategy for original, impactful content and oversee its creation to maintain quality and brand consistency
- Coordinate and deliver diverse communication projects (campaigns, events, advertising), ensuring their success and visibility
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, partners, and key stakeholders to increase the firm’s visibility and influence
- Lead public relations efforts, including preparing official communications for the President and providing support during media-related issues
- Stay up to date on best practices and innovations in marketing communications and propose bold improvements
- Perform any other related tasks that contribute to the development and excellence of the communications department
SKILLS AND QUALITIES SOUGHT
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or equivalent
- At least 10 years of experience in managing internal and external communications and strategic marketing, ideally in a B2B context
- Significant experience in team management
- Excellent knowledge of social media operations
- Good understanding of the Montreal and Quebec markets
- Autonomy and flexibility

- Outstanding organizational and planning abilities
- High professionalism and commitment to client service excellence
- Superior oral and written communication skills in both English and French
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT tools.
