PROFILE SOUGHT
The successful candidate will stand out for their resourcefulness, thoroughness, and organizational and prioritization skills, which will enable them to manage multiple files simultaneously. Versatile and highly customer service-oriented, they will enjoy working as part of a team and making a significant contribution to the success of the firm and its clients. The successful candidate will have experience in corporate and commercial law: reorganizations, transactions, acquisitions, commercial contracts. They will receive support from the team and a designated mentor from the start of their employment.
SKILLS AND QUALITIES SOUGHT
- Be a member in good standing of the Quebec Bar Association
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
- Good command of English, both spoken and written (regular English-speaking clientele)
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Have strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Have strong writing, negotiation, and communication skills
