PROFILE
Cain Lamarre is seeking a civil and commercial litigation lawyer for its Montreal office. The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation. The role involves handling a variety of mandates (research, drafting legal opinions, and representations) as well as managing files independently, while benefiting from the support of the team. The selected individual will be able to interact effectively with clients and will stand out through their commitment and willingness to collaborate with a dedicated and passionate team.
SKILLS AND QUALITIES SOUGHT
- Member of the Barreau du Québec
- Have between 5 to 7 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation, ideally in private practice
- Demonstrate autonomy, entrepreneurial spirit, professionalism, and rigor
- Have strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Possess marked abilities in legal writing and research
- Experience in independently managing files is an asset
- Be a team player
- Good oral and written English skills (regular English-speaking clientele)
