DESIRED PROFILE

Reporting to the Communications Department, the Internal Communications Advisor plays a key role in mobilizing teams, disseminating strategic messages, and strengthening the organizational culture.

The ideal candidate will be known for their thoroughness, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and customer focus. A strong team player, this person will be eager to actively contribute to the firm’s reputation and success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Draft internal communications, presentations, articles, and various content to support the organization’s communications activities
  • Participate in the design, planning, and implementation of internal communications initiatives (newsletters, events, internal campaigns, etc.)
  • Monitor trends, tools, and best practices in internal and corporate communications
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the intranet, ensuring that content is relevant, clear, and up to date
  • Train and support internal users in the use of communication platforms
  • Collaborate in the implementation of the communication plan (particularly for internal audiences) and in the achievement of the department’s strategic objectives
  • Ensure consistency of messages and compliance with the brand image across all communication channels
  • Perform any other related tasks assigned by the communications department

SKILLS AND QUALITIES SOUGHT

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or any other relevant field
  • Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience; knowledge of the legal or professional services environment is an asset
  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Political savvy and ability to work in a team
  • Ability to manage priorities and execute tasks efficiently
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good analytical skills, creativity, organizational skills, and attention to detail
