Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, we are seeking an Executive Director – Professional Practice, Talent and Culture to continue our growth, help shape the future, and propel the organization to the forefront.

PROFILE
Reporting to the CEO, the Talent and Culture Department drives human and professional development within the firm. This role involves identifying talent needs, proposing and implementing priority actions, managing recruitment, and overseeing employee relations. By valuing talent and fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture, the Executive Director supports professional excellence, strengthens the firm’s attractiveness, and acts as a strategic partner to teams while promoting organizational values and culture. This department supports knowledge development, enhances the firm’s reputation as an employer of choice, and directly contributes to overall performance and legal excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership and Talent Alignment
- Define and lead a strategic vision for talent management and organizational culture aligned with the firm’s overall objectives
- Collaborate with partners and senior management to integrate human dimensions into strategic decisions
Talent Development and Professional Practice
- Develop strategies for building legal and administrative knowledge and skills
- Accelerate team career progression and anticipate future needs
Cross-Sector and Regional Collaboration
- Promote collaboration across sectors and harmonize practices
- Implement initiatives to improve organizational consistency and efficiency
Talent Attraction and Retention
- Position the firm as an employer of choice and maximize team engagement
- Develop strategies to retain key talent
Stakeholder Relations
- Maintain strategic relationships with internal and external partners
- Ensure transparent and proactive communication
Department Performance
- Define performance indicators and monitor strategic objectives
- Oversee implementation of action plans
Culture and Well-being Enhancement
- Promote a culture of engagement and collaboration
- Foster well-being and quality of work life
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Human Resources Management, or equivalent
- Excellent knowledge of the legal sector
- Minimum 15 years of management experience
- Inspiring leadership and ability to build high-performing teams
- Strong professionalism and exceptional client service
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strategic influence
- Flexibility and availability for frequent travel across the firm’s regions
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general IT tools
