Our firm is experiencing sustained growth, and we are looking for a lawyer specializing in labor and employment law or civil and commercial litigation to expand our Sept-Îles office. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in synergy with a team of local professionals and other resources from these practice groups across the province who are specialized and recognized for their expertise, team spirit, and the many high-profile cases entrusted to them by our clients.

The successful candidate will stand out for their attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize, enabling them to manage multiple files simultaneously. Versatile and client-focused, they enjoy working as part of a team and contributing significantly to the success of the firm.

SKILLS AND QUALITIES SOUGHT

• Member of the Quebec Bar;
• Intention to settle in the beautiful Sept-Îles region to develop a large and diverse client base;
• Demonstrate independence, professionalism, and thoroughness;
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills;
• Strong writing, negotiation, and representation skills;
• Team player;
• Functional written and spoken English (an asset).
