KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To meet the growing needs of our clients while maintaining personalized, high‑quality service, we are seeking a Notary with an interest in business law. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing traditional notarial acts—such as wills, loan agreements, and sales transactions—but exclusively for a business‑focused clientele.
Working closely with our paralegals and other professionals within the firm, they will ensure the successful completion of all assigned files across various areas of notarial practice.
SKILLS AND QUALITIES SOUGHT
- Be a member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec
- Have a minimum of two (2) years of professional experience as a notary in private practice
- Demonstrate strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
- Possess excellent spoken and written French
- Deliver outstanding client service
- Exhibit rigour, meticulousness, and professionalism
