KEY RESPONSABILITIES
To meet the growing needs of our business clients while maintaining personalized, high-quality service, we are seeking a notary who is well-versed in real estate law, business law, and human rights law, and who can adapt their expertise to the diverse needs of this clientele.
Working closely with our paralegals and other professionals within the firm, they will ensure the successful completion of all assigned files across various areas of notarial practice.
SKILLS AND QUALITIES SOUGHT
- Be a member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec
- Excellent fluency in French and English, both spoken and written
- Have a minimum of two (2) to five (5) years of professional experience as a notary in private practice
- Experience with IT tools such as the Land Registry, the Telus Assyst Real Estate platform, the RDPRM, and the Para-Maître software is a plus
- Demonstrate strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
- Deliver outstanding client service
- Exhibit rigour, meticulousness, and professionalism
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines
- Excellent writing skills
