PROFILE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

To meet the growing needs of our business clientele while maintaining personalized, high-quality service, we are seeking a notary with expertise in real estate law, business law, and personal law, who can adapt their skills to the diverse needs of this clientele. Working closely with paralegals and other notaries in the firm, they will be responsible for handling the files entrusted to them across various areas of notarial law.


SKILLS AND QUALITIES SOUGHT

  • Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written
  • Knowledge of IT tools such as the Land Registry, Telus Assyst Real Estate platform, RDPRM, and Para-Maître software is an asset
  • Autonomy and team spirit
  • Strong organizational skills and sense of responsibility
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Rigour, attention to detail, and professionalism
  • Excellent writing skills
