Cain Lamarre is looking for a receptionist for its Sept-Îles office to assist its professionals and support staff in various operations related to the smooth running of the office reception.

PROFILE

The successful candidate will stand out for their attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize, enabling them to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Versatile and highly client-focused, they enjoy working as part of a team and contributing significantly to the firm’s success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle phone calls and messages;
  • Greet customers, bailiffs, and other visitors arriving at the reception desk;
  • Manage conference and videoconference room reservations; ensure the daily updates of reservations and cancellations are;
  • Prepare conference rooms for meetings, including setting up coffee and refreshments; place lunch orders as needed; clean rooms after meetings;
  • Make copies of customer IDs, scan them, and file them in the EDM;
  • Manage pick-ups of company books;
  • Receive client payments;
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail;
  • Send packages by courier and prepare registered mail;
  • Receive faxes and distribute them by email to the appropriate recipients;
  • Check stationery inventories and place orders as necessary;
  • Place coffee orders;
  • Book airline tickets, hotels, and car rentals for business travel;
  • Register professionals for various activities (chamber of commerce, conferences, etc.);
  • All other related tasks.

SKILLS AND QUALITIES SOUGHT

  • Experience in a similar position;
  • Experience working in a professional firm is an asset;
  • Strong client service skills with good communication skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly approach;
  • Autonomy and team spirit;
  • Organizational skills and sense of responsibility;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Excellent mastery of French;
  • Tact, discretion, and good judgment.
