We are looking to hire a receptionist to join the team at our Montreal office.

The person we are looking for stands out for their attention to detail and excellent organizational skills, which enable them to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. They know how to prioritize effectively while demonstrating versatility in their day-to-day work. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY ROLE
- Opening and closing the reception area
- Managing and maintaining the reception area
- Greeting visitors and clients
- Handling phone calls and transferring calls
- Managing deliveries, tracking shipments, making calls, and coordinating couriers
- Handling mail: opening, sorting, scanning, and distributing it
- Managing access cards
- Providing administrative support, including updating documents, managing data, and translating
- Arranging taxi rides
- Handling and managing meal orders
- Booking meeting rooms
- Any other related tasks to assist management teams, internal service clerks, and the reprographics department
ESSENTIAL QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE
- A strong commitment to customer service, flexibility, and a desire to exceed customer expectations;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with internal and external clients;
- Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written (25% of clients are English-speaking)
- Ability to multitask and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Cisco phone software is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Diligence, organization, and flexibility
