PROFILE
The receptionist is responsible for welcoming clients and directing them, as well as performing various administrative tasks. Autonomous and highly customer‑service oriented, the selected candidate stands out through their rigor, organizational skills, and ability to manage priorities, allowing them to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. They work as part of a team and contribute significantly to the success of the office.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Opening and/or closing the reception area and ensuring responsibility of the front desk space
- Greeting visitors and clients
- Handling incoming calls
- Managing deliveries, shipments, tracking outgoing packages, and coordinating with various courier services
- Managing meeting rooms (booking, launching virtual meetings, preparing rooms, and maintaining cleanliness)
- Receiving, sorting, and handling mail
- Receiving and processing client payments and coordinating with the accounting team
- Performing administrative tasks in support of the administrative staff and assistants
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALITIES
- Excellent command of French, both spoken and written Good command of English, spoken and written (regular English‑speaking clientele)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Resourceful and autonomous
- Punctual and reliable
