Stéphane Lalande has acquired extensive experience in real estate law, particularly with respect to the acquisition, financing, and sale of major projects, in addition to serving as a notary for ten years. In his practice, he acts on behalf of developers or investors in the acquisition or development of office buildings or shopping centers. He also advises them in the examination of titles, given his background as a notary. He also represents borrowers and lenders in various types of real estate financing, including mezzanine, construction, term, and leasing financing. In the area of structured financing, he acts under securitization programs for commercial mortgage portfolios.
