Partner and president of Cain Lamarre, Yvan Bujold practices in civil and commercial litigation, health and social services, labor and employment law, and liability and insurance. His clients include leading Québec companies, the governments of Québec and Canada, and various government agencies, which he represents before all legal and administrative tribunals, including the Supreme Court of Canada. He is widely recognized for his skill in trial advocacy and is a well-respected speaker on issues of litigation and labor law.
