Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Executive Director of Shared Services plays a cross-functional role, connecting professionals and administrative teams. She is known for providing high-level support services and for her leadership in sound administration, profitability, and operational excellence. By orchestrating all administrative activities and mobilizing the firm's various resources, it ensures the effective implementation of the overall strategy.
