Cain Lamarre is pleased to announce the arrival of Bernard Gaudreau, who joins our Québec City office, as a partner within our Business Law, Tax Law, and Litigation and Dispute Resolution groups.
Mr. Gaudreau brings nearly 25 years of experience in tax law, mergers and acquisitions, and transactional law. He is also recognized for his expertise in negotiating complex commercial agreements.
In parallel with his legal practice, Mr. Gaudreau has been actively involved in his community, having served as mayor and prefect. These roles have allowed him to develop a thorough understanding of governmental and public‑sector bodies, which he now leverages to assist clients facing municipal or regulatory issues.
His addition represents a significant asset to the firm and further strengthens our ability to support organizations across Québec.
