Adam Ansari focuses his legal practice intellectual property, an area he’s passionate about. He uses his expertise to advise and support a wide range of clients with planning and implementing comprehensive strategies for the protection of intangible assets (trademarks, copyrights, industrial designs, patents and trade secrets). As a registered trademark agent in Canada, Mr. Ansari oversees the effective management and protection of his clients’ trademark portfolios.
Mr. Ansari is also an expert on the protection of personal information. In this capacity, he advises and assists his clients in complying with the applicable legal framework for the protection of personal information at both the provincial and federal levels. Mr. Ansari holds a CIPP/C (Certified Information Privacy Professional – Canada) certification issued by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
Mr. Ansari is widely known for his communication skills, and provides training and lectures through numerous forums, including universities. He also publishes articles on current legal issues in the fields of intellectual property and privacy.
