Called to the Bar in 2026, Badr Belhad joined Cain Lamarre the same year. He focuses his practice on business law, assisting companies with their legal challenges through a pragmatic, strategic approach aligned with their business objectives.
His strong interest in technology, innovation, and high-growth businesses enables him to develop solutions tailored to his clients’ commercial realities.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Belhad worked at the Régie du bâtiment du Québec, where he gained valuable insight into regulatory and administrative matters. Combined with his entrepreneurial mindset, this experience allows him to provide practical advice that considers both legal requirements and business realities.
During his studies at the University of Ottawa, Mr. Belhad distinguished himself through multiple merit scholarships and by earning a place on the Dean’s Honour List.
