Émilie Villeneuve

Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from Université Laval, Émilie Villeneuve leverages more than 21 years of expertise to strategically support organizations and help create healthy, high-performing, and inclusive work environments.

Since 2019, she has been with the firm, where her professionalism, commitment, rigor, and collaborative leadership have enabled her to rise through the ranks to the position of Senior Director of Human Capital. Her contributions notably helped secure the Organizational Health Excellence Award, presented by Dialogue in 2025.

Prior to joining Cain Lamarre, she worked across a variety of sectors, including manufacturing, recreation, and services. She stands out for her ability to align strategic vision with operational execution, while building lasting relationships of trust and placing people at the heart of decision-making. Her analytical mindset and talent for mobilizing teams make her a key player in transforming workplace environments.
