Émilie Villeneuve

With a bachelor’s degree in industrial relations from Université Laval, Émilie Villeneuve draws on more than 20 years of expertise to provide strategic guidance to organizations as they grow and transform, while fostering healthy, high-performing, and inclusive work environments.

Since joining Cain Lamarre in 2019, she has held various leadership roles and has distinguished herself through her contributions to several key initiatives. Her ability to motivate teams and translate organizational goals into concrete results, along with her professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication, have led her to her current position as Executive Director – Professional Practice, Talent, and Culture, where she actively contributes to the firm’s growth, the development of its professionals, and the implementation of its strategic priorities. Her contributions were instrumental in the firm winning the Excellence in Organizational Health Award, presented by Dialogue in 2025 and 2026.

Before joining Cain Lamarre, she worked in various sectors, including manufacturing, recreation and services, developing recognized expertise in organizational transformation, talent development, change management, and team engagement. Known for her ability to combine strategy with execution, she supports organizations in their growth and transformation by placing people at the heart of sustainable performance.
