He currently advises companies, investors, private equity funds, and other players in the private equity market, as well as financial institutions, on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, financing, and strategic growth initiatives, particularly in the defense, technology, manufacturing, energy, and retail sectors.
