Olivia Meurant holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Université Laval and was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 2021. An expert in disciplinary law, civil and professional liability, insurance law and health law, she practices out of the Saguenay office. She specializes in hospital liability and personal injury.
Mrs. Meurant stands out for her professional, personalized, client-focused approach. She handles each case with the same level of care, and her wide range of skills are invaluable when advising her clients and representing them before civil and administrative courts.
Mrs. Meurant is actively involved in the legal community, having led a number of training courses, notably on joint expertise and civil liability, in addition to publishing a case commentary. She is also involved in her local community, most notably as a member of the Saguenay North Shore Rotary Association. In the past, she has volunteered with the Clinique juridique itinérante and the Legal Information Office at Université Laval.
