Orélie Landreville practices exclusively in labour and employment law. She advises and represents a clientele of employers composed of municipalities, public and parapublic bodies, private companies, as well as non-profit organisations.

Her expertise covers both collective labour relations and individual employment relationships. She assists employers with the day-to-day management of their labour relations, as well as with strategic matters related to the Charter, restructuring, terminations of employment, absenteeism management, and the interpretation of collective agreements.

She is also involved in drafting and negotiating employment contracts, collective agreements, non-compete agreements, internal policies, and documents related to the end of employment. In addition, Ms. Landreville represents employers before various judicial and administrative bodies, including the Administrative Labour Tribunal (Tribunal administratif du travail), grievance arbitration boards, and courts of general and specialized jurisdiction. She is called upon to intervene in complex litigation matters.

Recognized for her pragmatic approach and advisory skills, Ms. Landreville prioritizes practical solutions tailored to her clients’ business realities. In the context of collective labour relations, she focuses on strategic interventions aimed at reconciling organizational objectives with maintaining durable and respectful labour relations with unions.
