The Board of Directors of Cain Lamarre is pleased to announce the appointment of Christian Dufour as Chief Executive Officer
As the firm has experienced rapid growth in recent years, with nearly 600 people across 15 offices in nine regions, Dufour’s appointment marks a significant milestone in advancing Cain Lamarre’s vision and continued growth. It aims to strengthen the firm’s governance while preserving what sets it apart: a strong regional presence and a deep understanding of clients’ local realities.

In that regard, Dufour is the ideal person to take on the role of CEO. He will have the full support of the Board of Directors as he carries out his mandate,” said Yvan Bujold, President of the Board of Directors of Cain Lamarre.

This appointment is part of a broader review of the firm’s organizational structure and governance, adopted by the Board of Directors and equity partners earlier this fall.
