We are pleased to announce that Joëlle R. Chiasson has joined our Montréal office as a partner within our business law, environmental law, and municipal law groups.
Ms. R. Chiasson brings multidisciplinary expertise combining private practice, litigation, public policy, and corporate leadership. She stands out for her keen understanding of organizational, regulatory, and environmental issues, as well as for her pragmatic and strategic approach.
Her experience includes natural resources law, the management of residual materials and contaminated soils, circular economy, clean technologies, and corporate social responsibility. She has also supported numerous industrial projects subject to the environmental assessment process.
Before joining our team, she led the legal department of the organization responsible for modernizing Québec’s recycling system and served as a political advisor on major regulatory and industrial matters.
