Cain Lamarre strengthens its presence in the Outaouais region with the arrival of three legal professionals
Cain Lamarre is pleased to announce the arrival of Nicholas D’Aoust, Alexandra Roy and Audrey Chiasson-Séguin to its Gatineau office. Their complementary expertise broadens the firm's service offering and further supports its continued growth in the region.
Mr. Nicholas D’Aoust joins Cain Lamarre as a partner. With more than 15 years of experience in business law and commercial litigation, he advises clients on the pursuit of their strategic objectives and the management of their legal affairs. His practice focuses on commercial transactions, contract drafting and negotiation, commercial and corporate litigation, as well as corporate governance.
Ms. Alexandra Roy also joins the firm as a partner. Her practice is primarily focused on civil and commercial litigation, real estate litigation and construction law. A skilled negotiator and seasoned litigator, she represents clients in complex disputes and draws on her experience both before the courts and at the negotiating table to protect their interests.
Originally from the Outaouais region and a member of the Barreau du Québec since 2019, Ms. Audrey Chiasson-Séguin will join the firm as a lawyer in 2027. Her practice will focus on civil and commercial litigation as well as contract law.
