
Anne-Christine Boudreault

Anne-Christine Boudreault has been practising Tax Law at our Montreal office since 2014, where her expertise in Canadian taxation has led her to become a partner in the firm. Prior to joining Cain Lamarre, Ms. Boudreault gained valuable experience at Deloitte as a senior tax advisor, and at International Bridges to Justice in Geneva.
Ms. Boudreault excels in Business Law, Real Estate Law and Taxation, with a subspeciality in Real Estate Taxation and Intellectual Property. Her practice focuses on tax planning, asset ownership structures, corporate reorganizations and tax consulting. She has also developed expertise in the international and cross-border aspects of transactions and advises a diverse client base of public and private companies and high-net-worth individuals.
Ms. Boudreault assists her clients with all kinds of projects and needs, such as the launch of a new business, transactions or complex tax issues. She drafts various types of agreements and represents her clients before federal and provincial tax authorities. Ms. Boudreault is known for her ability to work as part of a team, her practical approach, her willingness to think outside the box and her understanding of the business world. Being close to her clients is important to her. As a result, she is involved with tax organizations and continually maintains her expertise in taxation.
Ms. Boudreault graduated with honours from HEC Montréal with a Master of Laws degree in Taxation (directed work on the taxation of intangible assets from development to commercialization), as well as a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Université de Montréal. She also studied Chinese law at the China University of Political Sciences and Law in Beijing. In addition to her professional responsibilities, she is involved with a variety of charitable causes and boards of directors. She has energy to spare, being a seasoned cyclist, marathon runner and skier, and she never misses an opportunity to satisfy her curiosity by exploring the world.
