The firm reorganized a group of companies, enabling the integration of a group of 15 new shareholders into Groupe Riverin Inc.
Our team provided the legal support required to implement this project, including drafting and structuring the shareholders' agreement, a key element in ensuring the smooth integration of this new entrepreneurial leadership.
With this transition, Groupe Riverin Inc. aims to ensure the transfer of the expertise, values, and organizational culture that have defined the company since 1930. Groupe Riverin Inc. comprises some 20 companies active in marine and underwater works, civil engineering, concrete (ready-mixed, precast, and specialized works), paving, drilling, blasting, crushing, aggregate production, and material transportation. Its activities are mainly carried out in the Bas-Saint-Laurent, Gaspésie–Îles-de-la-Madeleine, Côte-Nord, Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean, and Capitale-Nationale regions.
