Cain Lamarre is pleased to announce the arrival of Orélie Landreville, who joins our Montréal office as a partner within the Labour and Employment Law group.
Practising exclusively in this field, Ms. Landreville advises and represents a diverse clientele of employers, including municipalities, public and parapublic organisations, private companies, and non-profit organisations.
Her expertise covers both collective labour relations and individual employment relationships. She assists employers with the day-to-day management of their labour relations, as well as matters related to the Charter, restructurings, terminations of employment, absenteeism management, and the interpretation of collective agreements. She always prioritizes a pragmatic approach aligned with the needs of the organization.
She is also involved in drafting and negotiating employment contracts, collective agreements, non-compete agreements, internal policies, and documents related to the end of employment. In addition, Ms. Landreville represents employers before various judicial and administrative bodies, including the Administrative Labour Tribunal (Tribunal administratif du travail), grievance arbitration boards, and courts of general and specialised jurisdiction.
Ms. Landreville is pleased to continue her practice within our Labour and Employment practice sector with the collaboration of more than 50 professionals dedicated to representing employers throughout Québec.
Welcome to the team!
