Charles Gaulin was called to the Quebec Bar in 2008 and joined the Cain Lamarre team at the Sherbrooke office in 2019. In the course of his practice, he advises employers in both unionized and non-unionized environments on labour relations and occupational health and safety.
He represents employers before the Tribunal administratif du travail, arbitration tribunals and the courts. Mr. Gaulin also negotiates collective agreements and individual employment and termination contracts.
Mr. Gaulin regularly handles complex collective bargaining and Labour Law litigation cases. In particular, he advises employers in various sectors on implementing internal policies and managing labour disputes. He also represents employers in psychological harassment and occupational health and safety cases, providing pragmatic and effective solutions. His skills and commitment make him a valued and respected legal advisor.
